Tawa, the Sun Face is featured on this highly polished Hopi silver bracelet. On each side are some of the important things in life to the Hopi, a storm cloud with lightning and a hope for rain and corn. The rays of the sun have been etched. Two pictures were needed to show off this nicely crafted piece, which measures 1/2 of an inch wide and a total of 6 3/8 inches around the inside (including the 7/8 of an inch opening.) Beautifully crafted by Hopi Silversmith, Tim Mowa. His hallmark, an inverted triangle representing the Sun's Mouth is stamped on the inside.
NOTE: Pictures often appear larger than actual size to show the details and fine craftsmanship!
