Hopi Silversmith, Hale Kahe
said he remembered this design from seeing an ancient piece of pottery. To our eye, it has many weather designs on it, which has been important to the Hopi People since, what seems to be, the beginning of time. This satin-finished pendant measures 1 1/8 by 2 1/8 inches. Hale's initials are his hallmark and are stamped on the reverse side. Pictured here the piece is suspended from a handmade chain
created by Hopi Silversmith, Loren Kootswatewa
, which may be purchased separately.
NOTE: Pictures often appear larger than actual size to show the details and fine craftsmanship!
