This powerful looking pendant was created by Yavapai-Apache Silversmith, Jerry Whagado.
In the Apache culture, the arrowhead is a symbol of protection and strength. The Crown at the top is worn during ceremonies and also symbolizes strength, as well as leadership. As with most of the native cultures, feathers are the connection between earth and sky...carrying prayers to the heavens.
This piece measures 1 by 2 1/4 inches from the top of the bale to the point. A Sun symbol is stamped on the reverse side.
NOTE: Pictures often appear larger than actual size to show the details and fine craftsmanship!
