This highly polished Hopi women's watchband was created by the late Hopi Silversmith, Bernard Dawahoya . Bernard's bold designs are easily recognizable. Shown here, the design shows prayer sticks with a prayer feather flying from it to carry the prayers of the People to the heavens. The tips measure 1/2 inch at the widest part by 1 inch end to end. Bernard's Snow Cloud hallmark is stamped on the underside.
