Louie Josytewa is another of the talented Second Mesa silversmiths who live in the village of Shungopovi.
Louie has been doing silver work since the mid 1980s. He learned from his brother Jesse and his uncle, Bernard Dawahoya. He also worked with, and learned from Paul Saufkie. In addition
to silver work, Louie is a master weaver, quite an accomplishment and a skill not often found at Hopi today.
