We are privileged to share with you, very special and treasured pieces from the collections of individuals who have, for a variety of reasons, decided to sell them.  In some cases, we did not have the opportunity to meet the Master Silversmiths from Hopi, who created these works of art.  The description of each item contains information provided by the previous owner or in reference materials.  The hallmark on each item has been verified.

The following pieces are being sold by the Bernard Dawahoya family,  Berna and Anderson Koinva, Bernard's Daughter and Son-in-law.

bd1604 Hopi Earrings

This lovely bolo was created by our friend and expert Silversmith, Bernard Dawahoya.  This highly polished piece measures 42 inches from handmade tip to handmade tip with the "pendant" measuring 1 1/2 by 2 1/8 inches.  Bernard's hallmark, Snow Cloud is stamped on the reverse side.

A small pair of post earrings, measuring 1/2 by 5/8 of an inch, highly polished and carrying a wave and rain design.  Nicely crafted by Bernard Dawahoya.

A stylized wave pattern surrounds this highly polished, 3/8 of an inch wide bracelet.  It measures a total of 7 1/8 inches around the inside, which includes a generous 1 inch opening.

bd1601Hopi Watch Band

This highly polished ladies watchband features prayer sticks.  In between the commercial band, each watch tip measures 1/2 by 1 inch.  Bernard's Snow Cloud hallmark is stamped on the reverse side.

Monongya, Lizard is featured on these highly polished post earrings by Bernard Dawahoya.  They measure 7/8 by 1 1/8 inches and carry Bernard's Snow Cloud hallmark on the reverse side.

bd1602 Hopi Bracelet

The following bracelet by Victor Coochwytewa was purchased many years ago from the Kopavi Gallery in Sedona, AZ.  Thus it carries the Kopavi, Flute Player logo as well as Victor's Rain Cloud hallmark on the inside. A village scene with deer dancers in the foreground (sticks are carried in the hands to emulate the front legs of the deer) cover this highly polished bracelet by Silversmith, Victor Coochwytewa.  It measures 3/4 of an inch wide with a total inner dimension of 6 3/8 inches which includes a 1 1/8 inch opening.
